Ok so i had a problem with the celi not starting. I did the relay thing and it worked great no that doesn't work anymore. How do I go about a push button that bypasses all the wiring that has that resistance built up in it.

run the push button from the battery + to the button, then from the button to the relay(small wire) and your set

if you have the relay in it will, as the push button will just energize the relay(but that doesnt explain your problem) unless your ign. switch is bad.

When I turn the key all you hear is the relay click with the turn of the key. You can compression start it or I can push it and just give it a little pop of the clutch and turn the key and it cranks over and starts. So I was wanting to put the push button start in so I can sell this car. So if I wire the button in do you think it will start again.

no, plus any type of modification like a push button starter might not get it sold very well.....first off what size wire did you run for the relay to starter and battery?

second can you get a jumper cable lead from the battery to the starter lug(the main power lug) if you can hook it up directly to the lug then put the jumper cable to the + battery side and see if it turns over without any problems if it does, more than likely you used to small of primary wire for the starter.
