Alright im going head first into this... 1986-1989 Toyota Celicas are in class "PTH". A stock Celica with no mods will be in Group 5, and if you have a A/M Header with exhaust, removed interior (incl. sound pad removal), this will put you into a lower group, Problem with that is our cars still after the above mods- will have to race against 96 Civics with a Vtec- We are still heavier, and have less HP- I have emailed NASA inregards to this, If my figures are right they are over 290 lbs lighter than ours with the same mods.... I will keep those intrested updated... :?
