As it states I searched the forum but didn't find anything I have come across some OEM Recaro seats that were in a 1984-1989 MR2 My seats are beat up I was wondering if these seats would bolt in, at least 3 of the 4 holes?
Why don't you try to swap the rails over that yours are on ? Allthough I think the MR2 rails/seats must be smaller.
I bought the seat but only 2 holes line up. I ended up swapping the rails it's was worth the hassle the seats looks awesome.
Time to put up some pics. The 162 seats aren't great, I wanted leather MR2 seats but ended up settling for some from a 182 which was a massive improvement and by using drivers seat backs I was able to electrify both seats

No, wasn't even close. We stripped the rails and welded the old feet to the new rails as they were too different
