I feel stupid as hell asking about this but EVERYtime i go to a hardware store i cannot find material to make brackets. Im talking about metal to rig a bracket up for my front mount. Do i have to order that stuff online or am i just looking in the wrong places? where do u guys go to get items like that?
Well up here in canadian tire the auto section will sell some sheet metal and various bars and angle iron but at ridiculous prices. You can try some of the automotive stores or farm supply outlets. Any big city should have a steel supply company. Look under sheet metal or steel in your phone book it should give you some options.
i would think lowes or home depot would have stuff like that? maybe not but they sell welders and stuff so it would only make sense to sell stuff to weld.
