is it possible to switch to a different intake manifold, if im using megasquirt/ or another stand alone? possibly one with easier access to the injectors? thanks
Ive always wanted to split the intake into 2 pipes one running on the right side of the and on the left would be the other- Possible ??? HP GAINS ??
Twin!!!! With to intakes like if I where to cut the left side of the intake off and hook up a another intake tube
i think it would be cool but i do see a couple problems. where the hell are you going to put the intake tube? i'm sure the AFM will love this mod syncing the throttle plates the 3sfe might benefit but the 3sge won't, the runners are all angled to the stock throttle body
So this is what ill do- Hit the J/Y grab 2 I/M cut off one end - and apply it to the other Mani- after cutting off the round end of it- hard wire the AFM and add one that i have in stock- sound good !!!
if i were you: get a 165 centerfeed intake manifold cut the throttle area off the volume chamber get 2 throttles and run side feed from there. this way you get tvis and equal flow and runners i still don't see the major point but it'll look damn cool.
