Does AFM effects ignition timing in our 3sge, and if effects is it possible to find ignition maps. I am on LPG, and AFM is not needed for fuel calculation. I would like to set AFM in full open locked position for better LPG system setup.
welllll. you can always jam the flap open in the airbox all the way and see how it runs? As far as im aware, it does not affect timing. Timing is controlled part by the cam / distributor and the rest by the ecu. Someone else might be able to confirm that though.
