what a horrible day. didn't even get one run in. snapped the mainshaft on the transmission on the first launch. the car didn't even move. so now i need a new clutch, axles (again!), inner shafts, and a transmission. the weather was great, the car was running great, the burnout was perfect, i was in the line, tire pressure was set at 12psi, she was ready i staged, revved to 5K and watched the tree dropped and on the 3rd light i let the clutch out and hit the gas and nothing happened. i thought i forgot to put it in gear but no. it didn't even go pop. just nothing. i had to call mike to get a trailer and take nemesis home.
