   so as an FYI to all alltrac owners, the vent on there is a must. I just fried my 2nd NEW alternator because i didn't take the time to put the vent on. Thank god for warrenties.
   
   Now how do i attatch the vent to the alternator?

   There is a small piece of ductwork that attaches to the alternator to feed air into it.
