Eh ok deal if the rims were mint, you'll have to replace the tires. The tires won't pass an inspection if you see steel. Personally I feel tires at that point are unsafe to drive. I don't think you'd want to risk a blow out and wreck the rims or worse hnoes Maybe you could grab those rims and find a used tire set in better condition?
not true. ST and GT usdm are 4x100!! GT-S and alltrac are 5x100! mine in the background: 4x100, rick's in front 5x100
also you MAY have problems with it fitting: hitting the engine covers beside the front wheels and hitting the rear spring cups. and since the cords are showing = throw away, you'd need to have 205/40/17 tires on them. personally, i'd wait until a good set of 16"s come up.
