hey my clutch pedal squeeks really bad, it is of course a mechanical clutch in this damn thing. i got to it today and sprayed some random lube on there and it made it smoother and the sound went away for a bit but came back. what would be the best to put on there, could it be the part going through the firewall is rubbing or probably just the old spring? :p

old spring most likely. You could replace, or just lube with something heavier duty. A silicone based lube should work better, anything that leaves a good film.
