Lets kick the dust of my topic!!

I have a big update, a lot of big updates!!

First update :

A little more audio. See wat you can do with a little bit polyester, Polk speakers and some spare time ..



You can also see a bar between the c-pillars. It's probably hasn't got any effect but I think it looks great!



A least I finally layed my hands on a DVD player. It's an Pioneer DVD navigition with touchscreen, voicecontrol and also a DVD player.



I mounted the DVD computer in a bracket under the passengerseat.



I made a special bracket so I didn't had to damaged the dash. I can also deconnect the complete bracket in 20 seconds.

That's enough for now.

At this moment i'm building a custom 2,25" exhaust. It begins form the header an it's gonna end with a single open muffler.

Update!

Because we had a baby boy in january I just didn't have te time to finish my exhaust. But it is finally ready. It took al lot of measuring, fitting and time buth it's done! I build it by my own from scratch. The (inner) diameter is 2,25"


This is the first part..


2nd part, i bougt and fitted an extra mufller in the middle because the sound was way to loud.

The sounds is great and the car became a lot faster at +6000rpm!! :mrgreen:

Your wrong! My celica had manual mirrors. The electric mirrors came of a Swedisch ST162 and are heated.

After I fitted the ST165 rearspoiler, rearbumper and skirts I always think of the front to be a bit standard. To match the front with the rest I had two options in my mind : an ST165 or the Postert bumper ( wich is almost impossible to find.. )

After I found an Postert-bumper on Marktplaats ( a sort of Dutch Ebay ) I boughtit.





There is some damaged buth that's already taken care of.

No, these aren't bones from a dinosaur... This is the glue that was over the cracks..

The headlight cover is OEM and came of the Swedisch ST162. It was a part of the Cold Spec version - Heated seats, heated mirrors and headlight washers.

I just cutted out de horizontal spoke and fliide the sides up with polyester. I painted in a brown/grey colour so it would match the original colour. Then i fitted it with some mesh. The mesh is silver at this moment but when the Postert bumper is fitted it will be painted black to match the mesh in the Postert bumper.
