Well I've changed out all my tubes/pipes an fixed my boost leak! But now the fuel cut system is cutting in! an my face falls off when the car is boosting too high.... I think its the waste gate stuck open? but I wanted to know is there a way to turn it down? If it's not my waste gate? But I'll change it out tomorrow with my another all-trac... But yea anything helps thanks guys!

Tried a trick on celicatech which you plug the map sensor to see if its a fuel cut or not an it works fine! I do need a newer boost gauge on my old one it goes a little over 0.5 and if I floor it goes to 1.0 not sure is that's like a bar? I've got a picture for yea bro, still there's a feeling of turbo lag:

yes, everything on the motor is stock but the spark wires an plugs an air filter and Hks Bov also when im on the highway the temp goes a bit pass halfway almost hitting the small bar's that are kind of dashed apart so the motor is running really hot.

ok so you only have the one line going to the wastegate and the other blocked correct?
also fix your overheat issue <---way more important.

My wastegate isn't blocked at all but I'll replace my thermostat an see if that helps out at all.

so you have one open port on the wastegate? you should have one blocked port and the other going to the reference (post turbo) vacuum/boost line
