before the boosted 3sge's blew up how did they drive or did they run, how was the ecu handle the fuel did it work like a normal turbo car? what i am getting at is when i bought my 3sgte the harness was missing parts and no afm and such. i decided to try the 2nd gen 3sgte head and block all internals use all the 3sge sensors wires aswell as 3sgte ECU 1st gen. i have the 2nd gen JDM 3sgte ECU but will i have to wire it into the 3sge garness and add some extras to it. i am not going to have any problems with compression or boost or blowing up. my worries is the fuel. will it dump enough in. also i am using 2nd gen 3sgte injectors and im most likely buying a fuel pump

The GTS Fuel Pump can handle stock numbers for a GTE- But you should buy a Walbro when you get the cash.

do you think the computer will run with 7psi? as i said the engine itself is great 60,000kms everythign turbo its just the ECU im worried about

You may have to get some sort of piggyback system to run it- Either that or find a GTE ECU and figure the wiring.

i have the gte ecu at my house id have to wire in the boost sensor from the manifold and the knock sensor aswell, i think thats about it.

Has anyone compared the two harness on the schematics before? I think he might be right about the boost sensor, and knock sensor, but I might be mistaken. The simplest answer, is never the easiest task. I would find a diagram, and see what all you are missing. I'm sure it would help to have that near you, when you put it together, anyhow! :)

Don't use the factory GE ecu on a boosted engine, it will only end in tears. Once the air flow metre hits its stop as you come on boost, you won't get any boost-enrichment. Thats why GTE engines have a boost sensor.

one thing is i dont have any plugs for the gte ecu... so im going to have to do an internal swap or hard wire... it will be interesting, i need to find the Jspec 1990 ECU wiring harness, its out of an RC carlos sainz so i dono if it makes a diffrence, ohh now that i think of it i can probably look at a GT-FOUR ECu from the car lot i work beside we work on their cars all the time so i dont think itll be a problem with him letting my check everything out

so i am going to under go wiring the gte ECU into the GE harness, should i put the boards into the ge ECU case and use the plugs and wires then re wire accordingly? boost sensor i cant remember how many wires come off it ill have to look
