Bad day(bike is down)

    So to begin the story im on my bike. I've been riding for about an hour now, im 20 min away from home and i go to hit the throttle and it stutters. I open the throttle and it dies, i roll to a stop and try to start her, nothing. I end up calling a tow truck service and them come late as hell. He gets the bike on the truck and we are driving. All of a sudden he slams on the breaks. The mother fucking cunt didn't secure the bike and it FELL OFF the truck at about 30 mph. I couldn't believe it, it was something out of a horror movie.

    So to continue he blames it on his truck and calls another one to come that has a differant mechanism to tow a bike. The guy comes and is putting the bike on the truck when he starts to say that it wasn't their fault and that my bike was already damaged to begin with. So i exchange words with the fucker and call the police. While im doing that he says im going to have to pay a waiting fee if he has to wait. I tell him fuck no, im not paying u shit. So the prick leaves me.

    When the cops come i file a report and the cop gets another tow truck to come from a differant company. Cops was cool as hell, said that the will get in alot of trouble etc etc. Now my bike is fucked, all the pannels are shit, the shifter is bent out of wake along with the clutch pedal.

    When i got it home, i pulled the fuel filter and it was cloged, god damnit. Bad day, bad day.

    that's some really ridiculous shit. Although, i do know tow truck drivers to be the most illegitimate legitimate business people EVER. Thats just the worst I've ever heard though! Hopefully, you handled it with a certain amount of calm and finesse, and it will all pay off...Hopefully...Hope things get better as fast as they got Horrible.

    ouch. sorry to hear it man. call the tow truck co. supervisor. hopefully you got that dicks truck drivers license or cert.

    grrrr :mad: I hate tow truck companies, Sorry to hear that, goodluck taking those bastards down and getting your bike payed for.

    good thing the cops were cool...that guy basically left the scene of an accident which you get thrown in jail for up here! a waiting fee...how bout you fucking secure the bike then you don't need to wait, how that's YOUR fault I fail to see...what an idiot...

    I hope you get a brand new bike out of this!

    o trust me, i wont have to worry about money after this, i had my camera on me. I took pics of EVERYTHING. Including the trucks and people. I called them already and at first they denied going to lemont for any tows that night. But then when i said i have pictures, they freaked out saying it was illegal and basically admitting to it.

    That fucking sucks man. Fucking tow companies. There was one around here that got sued by just about everybody on the planet for overcharging by a hundred bucks or more.

    On the other hand, the guys that run a local car repair shop have a towing service, they are cool as hell. Came to get my blue GT twice, once when it was way out in the middle of nowhere missing a front strut assembly (long fucking story) and the other when it got wrecked at midnight. Both times never cost me more than $50, and they were quick and professional.

    it cost me 190$ to get my bike towed....

    I just got off the phone with my insurance company and filed a claim. They will be calling me back tomarow morning. Im probobly going to talk to the owner of my work because hes a lawyer, i want to sue them for every penny they have.

    How some of us ever managed to make it to the top of the evolutionary chain is beyond me ? My guess is this guy didn't last to long at the top!

    bad news, insurance is refusing to do anything. They told me cuz i dont have collision they cant do anything, even though the tow company is liable. Guess i better hire a lawyer.
