Has anyone Installed some of these A/M Radiator Fans the Universal kind with out having to build or but the shroud for it? I just need to find out the best size to fit on the radiator, I was thinking a 12 inch blade length??

The research I did turned out the fans from Silicon Intakes (siliconeintakes.com) fit perfectly in the stock engine bay and don't draw a lot of power but still move air. I have two of them mounted in the front of my radiator pushing air through it (instead of pulling). Driving around the hottest days of the year so far and my coolant temps haven't gone over 210*.

    Thanks for the replies!
OK this is the results I purchased to aftermarket fans in a 12'' Diameter, After installing them I oticed there was a fair amount of room left to mount on the the Stock GT Radiator- So after doing a few extra measurements we can fit a 13'' Fan easily onto the stock radiator.

Now as 4thGenCeli mention he is running a Push Configuration, Meaning he has placed the fans facing to blow air through thre front of the radiator, For my setup Installed both fans as a pull setup meaning Both of the fans are pulling air through the rear of the radiator, The reason I did this is for 2 reasons- 1st the Catalyic Convertor is a Crazy hot bucket so by placing a pull fan in front of the Cat it keeps airflowing to it to somewhat keep it cool, OK 2nd reason is because I am going to install the Front A/C fan as a push fan right in front of the pull fan giving the radiator and condensor the best airflow possible.

As for the wiring I am running both fans off the Main Fan relay[ with a seperate ground for the 2nd fan. I will eventually be running ALL the fans off a Switch that will be located in the car since the fans will not be need while driving on the freeway.

I hope this helps someone out! Mitt4G.

IMO pull fans are better becasue you dont have them blocking the natural airflow through the front of the rad to cool it.

Stuff a big ass turbo in the engine bay!

I haven't had any issues with my pusher setup.
