hand laid fiberglass not blown fiberglass. that makes this kit strong and resistant to impacts. looks loads better than the stock body in my opinion. the fitment sucks and you need to be very well versed in body work to get this kit on right.
Gonna disagree on the strength of the kit. It takes road debris just fine. Any solid hit will break the kit. Front piece on the old car was replaced two or three times after taking a hit from misc junk.
I reenforced the front lower part with chicken wire and fiberglass hairs... As far as the rear is concerned. I cut out the biggest part that could cause issues and it I think it looks better anyways.
