Okay, I give up trying to find decent replacements for my leather GTS seats. I've got a line on near perfect leather GTS seats from a 7th gen (2000). No rips or tears, just need conditioning. I need to jump on 'em quick if I'm gonna get 'em. Questions: 1) What mods do I have to do to make them fit my 88 GTS? 2) Is $250 for the pair a decent enough price? 3) Any chance in hell the back seat would fit, too?
Well it can be fabbed up just a matter of how good your metal skills are....you could probalby always take it to a machine shop and they could make some brackets for ya....
Have you looked at the brackets to see how different they are from ours? It might be simple as using our stock brackets. I've never looked at them either. Just a thought.
Thanks, all. I think it will be very possible and I plan to do it just as soon as I recover from having to replace much of suspension and some electrical stuff. I'll definitely let everyone know how it works out.
