    Definitely not a 4A-GE.

Your chassis code is correct, you have an ST chassis.

The ST comes with a 4A-F, which is a carbureted motor similar to the 4A-FE which is more prevalent.

The 4A-GE is fuel injected, so that is not the engine you have.

The 4A-F could be that motor, but the valve cover makes me think it is a 4A-C motor.

    The 4A-C motor: Toyota_4A-C_engine.jpg

The 4A-C motor is a 1.6 L motor with 8-valves (2 per cyl), SOHC and produces 90 hp.
