I'm trying to get my bimmer goin and I need to try another intake tube. So I figured I have two at home from my celi so why not try those. Problem is I'm not near home right now and I'd rather not waste a trip if it won't fit. So what is the ID size of the intake tube at the AFM and at the manifold?
well considering i officially own 3 maf sensors i guess i can measure one dont know the accuracy of this measuring device but on teh MAF ID 3" OD 3 1/8" so an ID of 3" would probably work nice and snugly if u put some effort (its rubber im guessing so not much ;p)
you'd be amazed at the things I've been able to fix and make temporarily drivable with a few zap-straps and some tape while on the side of the road.
