ok this was annoying to do so u better fn appreciate it haha oh and i didnt know i had the routing diagrams til today, that helps me alot ha 2S-E 3S-FE Diagrahm Routing 3S-GE Diagrahm Routing T-VIS 3S-GTE Diagrahm Routing Enjoy!
I have that same sticker under my hood, but my car is a 2S-E...perhaps my hood has been replaced at some point, which seems unlikely to me because it is the exact same color as the rest of the car, both sides.
Any one wanna tell me why all of those said "courtesy of Nissan motor corp"? I could understand yamaha but... WHY NISSAN!?
Re: Vacuum Diagrahms for ALL ENGINES I was getting frustrated with trying to read the 3S-GE Vaccum diagrams, so I went and cleaned the sticker up, reworded the descriptions, and added a couple more connections.
That would be great because im using 1st gen harness sensors n ecu but keeping injectors n dizzy And yes its non egr ecu im tricking it into having tvis and it will hit at 4200 rpms
Hmm looks different manifold goes over valve covers. No vsv . Yeah this isnt it . Power steering vacume goes to cruis control ill try n get pics
And to all you 3s's the power steering vacume valve if you pull it off you can see one doesnt go to anything Its allmost a plug so dont worry if yours is broken on the 1 nipple ita just a plug ive seen allot with the 1 missing
I think that's a JDM ST204 5S-FE diagram? Gen3 GE motor and manifold doesn't look like that And to all you 3s's the power steering vacume valve if you pull it off you can see one doesnt go to anything Wrong - there's a plunger valve inside the unit, break one open & take a look
I can check some more, but EPC does have it's glitches like calling up the wrong detail illustration for whatever. Shoot me or point me to a photo so I can compare it to the illustrations.
The P/S valve sends vacumm to the A/C idle up valve and into the T/B. If you do remove/break it I suggest shorting the pipes like this to keep vacumm levels up. This Corona P/S pump has no vacumm valve but the motor is strong enough to work without it EDIT - Oops, checked the BGB's and it's better to block the pipe completely or the idle up stays high
