I have a pretty good idea what im doing but i want to make sure Got a 2nd gen 3sge no wiring harness or ecu but i have harness n ecu off jdm 1st gen 3sge so im gonna get all sensors from 1st gen and keep injectors(pinks 315cc) and denso dizzy on 2nd gen solder the clips on harness Gen 2 has no o2 sensor on ex minifold and im doing catless exhuast so Is it gonna run like shit am i waisting my time ?? Allready ran into flywheel issue . And a 5sfe flywheel from camry didnt bolt up Im getting it drilled on drill press and it should bolt together. Anyways i need advise/ opinions . I know %95 that i will get it running on Tvis ecu besides acis is the same and air flow Meter will post pics soon
Yes it's been done Try to fit the O2 sensor as it helps the ECU control the mixture, however disconnecting mine makes no difference so maybe I'm too rich and not getting the O2 to 600deg where it starts working. Your biggest issue will be the T/B pipes not fitting & fouling the accelerator cable, you must use the gen1 T/B with the AFM as a set 3/4/5S-FE flywheel = gen1 GE/GTE crankshaft gen2 GE is the same all later GE's & GTE's The FE tranny bolts to the later GE/GTE flywheels/starter only I believe the dizzy will work, try to keep ALL gen1 sensors as I believe they are calibrated for the gen1 ECU You will need to swap the water pump or find a MR2 thermostat housing
