I've been noticing since I replaced my radiator that sometimes at 25-30mph @ 1k-1.5k rpm that the needle will dance between 800-1.2k and I can feel the car moving slightly back and fourth. I thought I bled the air out of the cooling system but I just wanted to verify that maybe I didn't do it all the way and this is the cause?

Could this possibly be a side effect of my current voltage situation?

Thanks. I'll double check the output and crawl around to see whats going on.
