yes it screws onto clip which are screwed onto the car.

 

I believe it's bolted on from underneath!

 

I thought when I took the spoiler off that coupe I had it had bolts........I could be mistaken but that's what I recall...meh...

 

Its about 10 small 8 or 10 mm nuts on the bottom of the hatch

 

what were you planning to do? glue it?
