im changin my tranny fluid out and i was wonderin what i should use for the smoothest shifts, theres 75w-90 and 80w-90, and pennzoil syncromesh and many transmission treatment stuff at autozone. i was wondering what i should use, ive heard syncromesh really helps, and ive heard ATF works good too, do you JUST put the syncro mesh in there or do you mix it with tranny fluid? lmk

atf works fine, syncromesh works great as long as it's not really cold outside.

I've been running some synthetic 75w90 gear oil in my manual trans and it really smoothed out the aging synchros
