turned out to be a burnt fusible link, I read the schematic wrong and thought it was calling the AM1 and AM2 fuses fusible links...turns out the actual fusible link right below that was burnt. Now I can get the car started and running, but idling very high, hesitation on throttle and the fans won't turn on. I'm still doing some troubleshooting with the fan relay and related relays but I'm suspecting there is some issue with the temp switch or something. Will have another look tonight
