ok so heres how the day started. I installed an Apexi RSM correctly and while i was at it used the same iIGN power fro the RSM to wire up my AFR guage. I took her for a test drive and everything was all sweet, drove her round the rest of the day with out any issues. That night went to the movies. went over a speed bump and the car died. at first i thought it was just the battery but then discovered i had no spark. I have since tred 4 different ignitors, 3 different coils, 3 different ecus, unplugged the rsm and guage, checked all fuses, checked dizzy cap and rotor button, checked all leads. im kinda out of ideas/ options. Heres the weird part tho. if i plug the rsm and guage back in. they no longer power up
Plug the gauges to another battery to confim they aren't fried, sounds like a fuse to me Still got 12v to the gauge? Got any codes? Tested the dizzy?
well got it running yesterday, thank farrrrrrrrrrrrkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk. well it turns out i had to issues. fooked ignitor but also a blown efi relay. so while i had a good ignitor plugged in the relay was still blown. then after i swapped the relay i must have worked my way back round to a blown ignitor so i was chasing myself. arggggggggggggggg. o well im just very glad to have her back
