since my exaust is toast(muffler rotted out, but ghetto strait pipes sound kinda cool) i was thinking about a custom 2.5" exaust with this muffler. if there is a better one out there i would love to know. this one just looks cool http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Universa ... dZViewItem
hahahahahaha i know you'd think with two mufflers it would be quiet funny story i got pulled over once cause the cop tought i had too loud of an exaust but it was stock lucky for me i got out w/o a ticket
i got to thinkin something like this would be sweet to mabey with an exit angle...? who knows i'd like to see what all yous guy think lol
me either... shiny attracts cops... in VA any non OEM exhaust is illegal... I bought my car with a freakin straight pipe, I'm getting a cat put in it friday or monday (depends on when my tstat gets in) its loud.. but where are you to find a stock alltrac exhaust without buying another AT? I'm just doing straight pipe with a high flow cat for now. the pipe is rusty and old enough looking that they'll assume its stock... LOL
Mine is similar. Its not loud at idle, only when moving. But it nice and deep sounding, however I have a custom 3 inch stainless exhaust all the way back to it.
sweet deal idk it was just an idea hahahahaha but all the oem shit i see is more restrictive than what i have now you guys have any suggestions.......?
my dads had a muffler that resembled a stock skylines with the dual tips where can i find one like that it sounded awesome
shit i didnt realize it was that big lol i want sometihing with that kind of dual tip only his had the stock looking 2.5 inch outlets i think idk i just need some help finding a decently quiet muffler to go with a 2 1/4" exaust when i have the money
I think I know what you mean, the dual tip with the rounded over tips so it's not just a sharp cut edge? I'd go for maybe 2.5 per tip.
yeah kinda has a trumpet look to it lol you know where i could find anything like that cause right now my muffler sounds horrible i have all that irritating hamonics shit going on in my cabin
well I took a look at my old rusty can and the curled bits are seprate tips that are screwed onto the sharp metal tips (and now rusted as well). so maybe get a standard style muffler and add on the nicer tips for the look you want.
