Hey guys I remeber seeing a diagram on here somewhere with the details for the rad. Has the dimensions and everything.
Anyone have a copy of this they can send me.

Problem is that shit ASI rad is not handling the heat on the circuit. Im going to get one of the local guys to make me a good rad out of copper or aluminum if I cant afford the copper.

    thanks
    Luke

Well thats not very nice, I happen to quite like my ASI radiator and it has never had any problems
    keeping my All Trac cool.

As far as I'm concerned at $200 its a bargain considering my alternative is a single row plastic tanked
piece of crap for $150 that would not keep my All Trac cool. I would recommend the ASI radiator to
anyone. Your only real alternative is to find a Koyo but you'll be paying at least $400 for it.

Since you haven't really posted you car in the members rides section I can only speculate but I'm
guessing your exhaust manifold & downpipe have lost their heat shields and if your running an FMIC
you may have seriously compromised the amount of air getting to the radiator.

So if you seriously reduce the air getting to the front of the rad and throw a bunch more heat at
it from behind (exhaust manifold, downpipe, turbo) these things especially the turbo can glow cherry
red if you really hammer them so you really need proper heat shields to prevent heat soaking the rad.

Even my GTS has a heatshield all the way down the downpipe and turbo exhausts can produce much
    more heat than the GTS

If better air flow and heat shields don't solve your problems you can try contacting Rick89GTS as he is
the one that spent countless hours getting measurements and dealing with ASI to get us an aluminum
radiator which I for one think is a bargain at $200.

I appreciate your input but this is not for a street machine. Sure the ASI will cool a few passes, or a street car, but its not up to the task on the track.
Thermal management is the name of the game on a track car, every possible thing is has heat shield and provisions for more air flow

ill get it touch with rick

that would be more promising that the one im using now. I have a stock st205 rad I could use to mock up

Hey Klue, sorry was working lots of OT. I have the dimensions somewhere, but won't be able to look for them until next week. I'll be in touch, but PM me again if you don't hear back from me.
