edit* Did the research and now I know!! Nope I doubt the old lady original grandma did that, she said thats how she bought it.

 

Got the car up and running yesterday evening, runs great!! no egr was a sucess with no check engine light. Just have a few small things to do and now I can work on a deep cleaning all around. More pics to come soon, btw automatics are gay!

 

last day before back to the new work week,
had my beginnings of audio work started, started it off with a pioneer deh-x6500bt, which works perfect with everything I need it to do, having built in bt is amazing.
tint is now done, now I can work on reversing some interior sun damage,
and my body friends showed me how to use high grit sand paper/compounds/wax and remove off all that crud and crap over 25 years in my paint. The Hood looks amazing now.

but now my viper alarm(that came with it) stop beeping and the lights dont flash anymore when I push the button, only the doors lock/unlock.

oh well the journey of fun has begun.

 

Yeah man I was focused! I got a low milage jdm long block, then I put in all new seals, belts, tensioners, gaskets, plugs, etc
and I do have ect,

 

The old motor was a 3sge with 88k, the granddaughter of the grandma who owned it, she ran it dry on oil and boom rod knock.
It still ran when I got it, but serious knock

 

Went to the junk yard today, I picked up my clutch pedal assembly and smaller brake pedal, Im working on accumulating all the parts I need to do the 5spd swap, hopefully with a st202 trans.
Looking down there and removing the lower dash, theres aton of room. I really think I can get sway with drilling the holes with just removing the lower dash.
Using a dremal and a right angle air drill, I dont see more then 15 mins of careful perfect drill work
A how to guide will defiantly be made once I do this.
My goal to get this done is 45 days max! Maybe 30.
