it'll be the first run on new everything! i never got a single pass on the motor before the old trans ate it.
test run on new motor and trans 13.149 at 112.66. 1.43 BAR, 50/50 mix premium and 100 octane gas, competition tire at 16 psi, again no NOS worst track ever. there was no stick at all on the start line. the pavemant was horrible. i spun so bad it wasn't funny. i had a hell of a time trying to get off the line hard and ultimately failed every time. my times ran from a 13.149 to a 14.7something. it was rediculous. i'll never go back there. all in all i did get to learn a bunch of stuff about the car. i think realistically i should have hit 12's but the conditions there sucked so bad. the e153 trans gears killed my drag times as well. i'll need about 100 or so more HP. and the next upgrade will be a quaife diff. i spent more time spinning than anything else. also note the 112.66 mph. that should be an 11 second pass. that's how bad she was spinning.
Thats bloody stupid that the track was so poor, did they not do any proper prep for it, your 30ft times must have been off the chart. aothough its money, the quaife should really help. although it seams like once you had traction, you were flying. Still its better than last time.
i guess hes not going to tell who won . i did but it was not the all trac i brought the 1969 502bb camaro i ran a 12.225 at 115 mph and spun everytime yes the trac suck a-- but like he said we got alot of testing done. i have videos i just need to upload them to the net. ps im running 308 gears so only useing 3rd gear through the traps
yes eric kicked my ass. at any rate, testing as good but the track was so bad. my best 60' time was a 2.15. sucks!
