Hi All. Because both of my front fenders on my Celica are bent and rusted, I've had a tough time looking for replacement parts. Then I came across this site: http://www.gt4-racing.eu/index.php/toyota-celica-st162 ... Which sells fibreglass body panels, and most importantly, a fibreglass sunroof. I like the idea of having rust-free, weight-saving parts... But what is the quality actually like? Does it take much time and effort to smooth the body panels if I wanted it to completely blend-in with the other OEM panels after respray? If anyone has bought any of these parts, I'd be interested to hear what you think.
based on researches i've done before when I was looking into buying their sunroof panel, they are a reputable seller... however, i did not end up buying the panel so I could not speaks for the product quality... i ended up just repairing the rusted corner with fiberglass... if you are considering buying from them, i won't anticipate any issues with the company itself... but do you need to have it shipped overseas??? that may be one of your biggest obstacle...
