I have had the problem a long time but now it has got worse

I do have changed the spark plugs but it didn't seem to affect the starting time.

Usually starts better if I start a few rounds and then start again. The car starts, but feels like it runs just with 2 or 3 cylinders.

The electric choke seems to be working properly because it raises rpm when the engine is cold.

The engine is by the way 3SGE (T-VIS)..

And the car usually does it when the weather is warm.
