Hey all! So I haven't been on in quite a while. How is everyone? Mafix parting? Woah. Me? Well the house I bought almost 3 years ago is finished. New everything from the studs out... And in. The ole lady and I broke up a few months ago after 5+ years. So that's been an adjustment. Anyway thought I'd say hi to everyone. I actually do have an alterior motive...I too am thinking about selling. Car runs great except for an occasional cold start weirdness, and needs a new battery. I hate to do this, but someone should put her to good use. I only drive it maybe once a month. NO I won't part it. Ever. Or take payments. But I would give someone on here a screaming deal. I think I'm in it between 10-12k. Not sure about miles on fresh motor but it's probably less than 2k. Car has "all the stuff". New tires, koni yellows, sways, bushings, fresh body/paint, re done wheels, cams, new bushings, poly motor mounts, relocated alt, semi-tucked wiring, ect, ect. Shoot me a msg here, I'll check back over the next few days.
Btw, car is in Seattle. I also have a few spare bits that will come with. The list of mods isn't at all comprehensive. I can go further into detail if someone is really looking. thanks, jon
Jon, good to hear from you but not so good on hearing your personal circumstances.....but that's life and we all deal with it in the best way we can. You probably need space in your head so clearing out the Celica may not be such a bad thing for you. You have been one of the most regular posters on here in the past and I wish you all the best and hope that your guardian angels will look after you and bring you back here with another Celica.
Bummer to hear you are selling man! Wish I could afford it, although after owning the Alltrac I'm not sure I could go back to a ST162. We should really have a meet up before you sell! When you do sell be sure to point the buyer to this forum! Beautiful car man!
