Ok so I haven't used my AC for a while now, i prefer to have the window down in summer, however now it's colder i need the economy to keep the cabin at the right temp coz i hate fogged up windows but now the lights flashing and it doesn't seem to work, is my AC in need of re-gassing? my owners manual and Haynes manual both say go to a Toyota dealer ASAP (so they can rape the crap outta me in charges i reckon), so just wanna know if it's just in need of re-gassing.

i think that means you either have the high pressure switch engaged (too much freon) or an electrical problem.
