    Hi Guys,
I need some help wiring my A/C up. I have the auto climate control in my 4th gen. Not sure if this is related but I can't seem to get the ground signal to the fan relays to stop the fans from running permanently. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks.

I have realized that I need to install a coolant temperature switch (which does not seem to come on the beams) to regulate the fans. I initially thought the beams ecu would have done this through the CF pin, until I checked my wife's car (3s-fe) and found the switch at the bottom of the radiator. Am I on the right track?

I am in the same boat with you, car wise and wiring wise.... for the fans and ac switch, we have two options, tap and thread the water neck were the empty hole is for the swtich or what st162rocket did

"Yea I actually did. I purchased a radiator hose adapter for the fan switch temp sensor. I haven't put it on yet but all i have to do is cut the radiator hose closes to the thermostat and insert the adapter. Also the adapter is pre-threaded to the switch size. I believe its a 5/8' thread. I will definitely use plumbers tape for a nice tight fit. Then the adapter should be grounded to the engine. I'll get photos of it when i put it on so you can get an idea.

I tried wiring the ac up too man, such a headache lol, for now I just wired the compressor to a switch in the cabin so I can cycle on it off myself. But definitely when winter is over, I want to fix it right.

    Question about wiring AC compressor

If you are still on the forum, would you or anyone else be willing to tell me how to wire the AC compressor to a switch on the dash? I would be satisfied with that kind of fix just to have AC on the few days it is needed. Thanks.
