Heres a bunch of questions for you guys
    1. What do i do with this since its a JDM motor and there isnt a hookup for it on the harness?[IMG]
2.Where does this hose connect to?
    3.Where does this thing go?
    4. And last but no least where does thins brace go?
Understand that when i bought my car it was already taken apart and i have never worked on an all trac before nore have i ever seen one in real life that had a motor in it. Im worried about the whole American Harness on a JDM motor its freakin me out i hope it works becuase this is a bitch of a motor to work on

number 3 is the a/c idle up apparently....

and number 4 is the engine bottom cross brace that goes from wheel to wheel I believe....

I knew it looked familiar so it bolts up at the top i couldnt figure out where it went, and i know now that the brace is fro the rear end, but the other stuff, still no idea.

#1 don't bother hooking it up it's a JDM thing that isn't needed.
#2 boost pressure sensor. you will need that part.
#3 A/C idle up, remove this if you don't have A/C
#4 that isn't the engine cross member and it's not the suspension crossmember. i have no freaking ideal where that goes. does it go under the driveshaft somewhere?

That brace runs from north to south, under the engine. That the main support that bolts on below the radiator and mid way back on the car.

Heres sometihg else thats baffling me
I only found 2 places that they plug in one is to the bottom right rear of the stereo and the other has a little sensor or fuse thingy on it. Where do the rest go? I realize they say ECU but i cant find the whole deal where is it? The little black box that is behind the stereo is all plugged and i thought that was the ecu but i dunno, need help![IMG]

those 3 plugs in the center go to the ecu. The other 2 plug into electric shit. I think(not sure) one goes to electrics infront of ur car, and another to the rear of the car. The sockets should be located near the ecu.

like he said, when I pulled my ECU there were 3 or 4 other little things stuck to the side of it that plugged in with those type of things. you can see on the little black box on the one where it slides onto the tab.

that jdm thing just leave alone. don't worry about it and do not hook it up.
those 3 plugs all go to the ecu
and that relay thingy is the opening cirsuit relay...turns your fuel pump on.

Lol this is going to be a monster stupid question, where is my ecu is it the thing behind the stereo becuase its already plugged in to someting else, maybe im just an idiot lol. I sound like a noob wih all of these questions but the all trac is a completley different beast. But i admit with this car i feel like im 14 working on my 86 GT for the first time back in the day its nuts i feel totally clueless.

it took me an hour to fine mine. Go into the passanger side foot well and pull up the carpet in the upper left hand corner. I had riped up my WHOLE interior before i decided to pull up the carpet, man was i pissed, lol. you dont have to remove a single interior piece.

Alrighty well i realized all of my wires going to the passenger side of the engine were cut. By who and for what i dont know but anyways i have to wire them all back together now. It blows.
There are 3 of these black wires with the yellow stripe. Does it matter what the hook to or do they all go to the same thing, i couldnt tell.

On my index finger you can see a wire with another wire sticking out of it, it looks like it is just wove around the inner wire for support but i dont know. Should i wire it together with the other end or is it just for support?

The plug hanging over the firewall, what does it go to?

What do all of these connect to? The hose diagrams in the book arent helpful and super confusing, pictures would be nice :)

    you are killing me, lol.
first pic...need to know where that is on the harness.
second pic...knock sensor wire, or o2s wire...that sheilding wire needs to be connected...and you need to redo all of that wiring with a soldering gun and heatshrink.
third pic...rad fan sensor in the bottom of the radiator
4th pic...left of the biggest circle - should go to either FPR or TVIS (i think it's the fpr)...below big circle - boost pressure sensor...little one in no mans land - cruise control.

thanks man your a lifesaver. All of it is getting soldered when its done and heatshrink over that, i had to use those lame little plug ins becuase the wires are to short to go together.

Werd, it sucks harcore. I wish i would have noticed it before i put the harness in or i would have wired it while the motor was out, its hard to stay focused while wiring so ive got a 2nd job going on while im wiring.
Putting all new bearing in this little FE for my new Camry.[IMG]
