I am interested in the A-Pillar trim for the drivers side. My car came with only a 3 pod gauge holder. I will PM you my address.
pretty concerned since PayPal indicates the transaction was cleared on the 18th and I have no confirmation of shipping and have patiently waited for you to mail the A pillars out.
actually he contacted me over week ago say that he would ship at the end of last week which i suppose never happened. either way.. based on my experience with internet sellers that ship at their convenience it has never been good.
You have a pillar pod for these cars? I've been searching forever for one of those. any chance of you selling if you ever get the ones you just payed for?
Not sure how I haven't seen that site yet! thanks for the link! currently trying something out with my gauges being mounted in the center vent, if it doesn't work out I know where to go now.
just a heads up the blue color does not match the factory blue. i do have two of these gauge pillars one of them is cracked at the bottom.. though ill give you the cracked pod for the cost of the shipping if you want it.. if so just PM me your shipping info and preferred method of delivery.
Few things first. I'm rarely active on this forum anymore as I don't own a 4th gen or a Celica anymore. Yes it's taken a while, but here's my situation: I live in Canada. I have to cross the border for you to ship your item out, otherwise shipping from me to you is a whopping $40 for 10-15 business days without tracking and no insurance. If you want those, the dimensions of the a pillar would have made the shipping to over $80 from friendly Canada Post. So as a favour to keep things cheap for you for a $10 item, I cross the border and sent it over USPS for $15. It was actually supposed to be $11, but since I know I have inconvenienced you, I paid $15 for priority 3 day. Would you have rather had 10-15 business days from the 18th or 3 days from July 1st (which is the only day I managed to go across the border, on my holiday day off nonetheless)? I work 6 days a week and to be honest with you, I'm not going to mess around with you for $25. I've been with this forum for 1/6th of my life with over 2000 posts as a donating member. For anyone else wanting to buy anything, if you want something fast, let me know and I will make do. These parts are all stored in my parent's house which is a good drive away. For American shipping, I have to cross the border for you especially for big parts. DO NOT expect parts to come in your mail box 2 days from when you send me money. If it bugs you so much, I can ship it out for you and wait for you to receive it before you pay me anything. That's right, you don't have to pay me anything until you receive your parts. capotaingawa: if you want your $10 back let me know. i personally do not give a crap about selling these parts. im just posting these out there as some of these parts are harder to find. you can have the a pillars for the shipping only. to be honest, i don't sell parts often and you are the first person to buy something from me and if you feel that I fucked up, I can own up to it. I appreciate the reply.. all of this could have been avoided by simply letting me know the status. I should not have to ask because it is expected that as a seller you ship when payment is received... if you are not ready then say so before I pay. Thanks for the explanation.
I'm not a vendor, parts store, or an eBay store. I'm a regular person that has commitments and a daily life. I honestly think that it is unfair for you to think that things would get shipped out the day you pay me. My location is firmly placed on my avatar/profile. It says Vancouver, B.C. As a buyer, you knew that this item has to cross an international border at some point and it's not as easy as you think. As a "seller", I've responded to your pm's, made shipping as affordable as possible, made sure that this gets to you as soon as possible. See I had two choices for you at June 18th: 1) ship through Canada Post, estimated arrival July 2-9, $40 cost, no insurance, no tracking 2) cross border on day off, ship through USPS, estimated arrival July 3. $15 cost, $50 insurance, tracking It makes no sense whatsoever to ship it through Canada Post, unless all you cared about was the shipping confirmation. Even then, Canada Post @ $40 has no tracking information...
