Be sure to use your gts intake mainfold and fmic.... ;)
And also your gts cams, u can cut the hole for starter in bellhouse or posibbly swap the bellhuses and use starter from your st165...

S54 has an electronic speedo drive and an extra brace to the side mount with a stud sticking out
the top of the box, the starter sits to the outside
Other than that they are identical - this is my S54

update: Today the heart beated a few times again :). And the turbo works as well.

I put all cabling in again, and there are a few differences with the 3sge cabling...I did not swap the cabling under the frontfenders as I have to tear off the sideskirts and shit...that will ruin the bodykit. We will make everything work eventually :).

No I didn't. First of all I want to drive it all standard for a year to solve any issues before upgrading/changing things.
