I have a 3sfe engine in my car and a spare 3sge in storage. are the throttle body and the mass air flow sender the same between these. My 3sfe maf doesn't have a parts sticker on it. so i can't just check p/n. they both look the same as the others but just thought i would ask. :)

the ecu will not work with the different sensors.
on the flip side i do have a good spare afm for a 3sfe and i do believe i have a spare throttle body or 2.

I don't really need one. I was just wondering if one had a bigger bore. Is there anything i could do to modify these to get more performance?
A link or suggestions would be appreciated.

With the maching i have done, (Bored, Ported, Shaved, 10-1 comp.) On a dyno program it said the engine should make around 215 hp at the flywheel. I also have headers and an intake. I plan to upgrade the ECU and fuel system. I'll be sticking with this engine for a couple more years. I was just wondering if there was any little tweeks for the MAF.

if you want to make more power from it you'll need to eliminate the factory ecu and the afm.

Man, theres no way a n/a 3sfe would put out any where near that.Sorry i just dont beleive it.
Stock 3sfe make like 95 hp..thats more than 100% gain.I'm having my 3sge built [135 hp stock] and i have more than that done to mine.
The most i would ever expect would be in the 170-ish range @ the fly..And thats after full exhaust..tuning..ect.

3sfe and 3sge have the same stock hp reading. different torque readings.

yota is right. and it is physically impossible to make the power you claim on a 3sfe. also there is no way in hell you can get a .50 over punch on the stock block. it would crack between 2+3 cylinders.
if you plan on bullshitting your way around here it won't work.
