Just curious too see what colour paint job members prefer on their ST162. And yes, i know black and white are not colours. :roll: I like Dark Green, and hopefully i will respray mine that colour one day.
Not to be totally rice or anything, but I like a multi-color scheme. I would like to see someone do a two tone color scheme, with the Japanese import style. Something along the lines of a flat black, red, or yellow, and a glossy decal, or something over the front of the car. I was thinking about doing a flat black over the back of the car, and a gloss black over the front, like the 350z from the fast and the furious Tokyo drift. Not really all that great to most people, but I think it looks sick. I plan on doing my car in some kind of color scheme, in the same aspects. I might do a flat metallic blue, with a midnight metallic, or something. Either way, I really like the multiple color schemes.
Either blue, black, or red. The 4th gen. is also one of the few cars that can pull off white and not look like ass.
I think white is a really horrible color for anything, except the chevy venture van... lol It's so much white, that it just makes anything look, "blah"! I am, of course, not the person to talk to about colors... I want a copper orange color for my car right now, but who knows how many times it will change, between now, and the time it gets sprayed with the final color...
i am a big fan of racing stripes and those weird 80's strips on the sides of the toyota trucks. the accents i guess? anyways my favorite was this 79 camaro that was orange and had black checkered accents on the side that led into a line. it looked hot. something with yellow or orange and with black accents would be nice. but that is just me. one of the members here, a newer one, had their car painted red with white racing stripes like a camaro. i forgot who it was but i would say that is a sexy combo!
