    Gents,

I'm going to put together a group buy for either a front swaybar or a rear swaybar. Which one would you rather have?

i think you should explain the advantages between front and rear...

I'm just selling the stuff. It really isn't up to me to educate people. After all, if you're on this site reading this.....you're on the web and you can easily search to learn. If someone has a specific question that has to do with the ST162 and a front or rear bar, then I can answer that. But only if I'm asked.

I think since this is the only 4th gen specific site, I would like to hear your input on which sway bar would help handling more IF there is something specific to 4g's based on personal experience? Otherwise, I can easily search all the other info regarding general swaybar effects, at least in the generic fwd platform.

I think it depends. If you are only looking to create more oversteer or reduce understeer, then the rear more is "better." If you are trying to straighten up the body in turns and create better steering control and handling overall, then you'll need both. I have both on my car.

perhaps, but it came across as snide being that I asked to sort of explain myself. I've had that happen here once (or tiwice) before. So I figured it was the same thing. Humble apologies. If that is the case, then I am truly sorry for breathing such fire.

What if we wanted both? What do u think the price would be for both....front alone....or rear alone?

If both were ordered there would be a combined discount. But right now I'm only polling to see how many people are interested in a front and/or rear bar. I can't figure out what the price would be until there I know the volume. I know what retail is. I know what my cost is. What I don't know is whether I want to support a discount.....

Ha! You'd be amazed how many times I've been given shit over it. And how many people out there think it means something. When I came back several years ago there was a dude here that thought he was the shit. He's gone now, but he gave me all kinds of trouble cause he thought I was new to the scene. You never know what to expect from people so I expect the worst......I suppose that's a defect in character. Who knows?

Trust me I know what u mean....i do the same thing...if someone doesnt have alot of post I am careful with deals unless they have someone to support them and such.
