Sooo, I am confused about.. Well, everything.

What's an offset and it's purpose?

My car is lowered 2 inches... Previous owner did that, not me :|... What size would suit best? I'm thinking 15-16.

Just questions in general. I have a 89 All-Trac.

if its lowered 2 inches you cant go over 16's without quite a bit of fender work.
offset is how far in/out the inner rim is(from the center)
